Job Specification

The Role

• Powder coating and wet painting metals
• Working on various shaped and sized sheets and components
• Working from drawings
• Full preparation of spray booth including selecting of paint from stock and correct powder coating guns
• Performing changing of colours and packing of finished products

The Person

• Experienced Powder Coater with experience in similar background
• Ability to wet paint and powder coat all shapes and sizes of components as well as sheets
• Knowledge of preparation of spray booth including selecting of paint from stock and correct powder coating guns
• Ability to perform frequent colour changes ensuring correct levels of thickness and gloss
• Experience of JIG work
• Able to work from engineering drawings
• Flexible in terms of shifts
• Salary negotiable upon experience
