Job Specification

The Role

• Working as an assembly operative in a fast-paced environment,
• Daily meetings with the Team Leader or Supervisor to discuss workload.
• Assembly of various components in a fast-paced organised system
• Heavy lifting and manual handling, transporting products to assembly and production area
• The role will be a mixture of 50% assembly and 50% warehouse and manual labouring
• Using various hands tools including drills, screw drivers, air drivers and spanners
• Inspecting the quality of all products, prior to sending them to the next section.
• To carry out a variety of different duties if required, as set by the team leader
• Following a variety of standard operation protocols including assembly of products

The Candidate

• A positive attitude and are willing to learn more skills on the job.
• Should have experience using a variety of hand tools and air tools
• Confidence on the job and are happy to take on more responsibility if necessary.
• Must be comfortable with manual labouring aspects on the positions
• Experience working in a fast-paced assembly or production environment

The Pay

• Rate of pay: £8.72 per hour
