Company Description
Our client is a market leading engineering company. Due to an increase in work they now require a Electrical Fitter to work on a day shift for at least 6 month but possibly longer.
Job Specification
The Role
- Panels using schematic and engineering drawings
- Follow customer electrical specifications
- Power connection to machinery and general plant maintenance s
- Self-inspection of completed work throughout all stages
- The machines have to be 100% accurate, so attention to detail and pride in your work are essential requirements.
- De-bug of machinery and troubleshooting where necessary
- Experience of PLC/NC programming/trouble shooting is an advantage.
The Person
- Must be time served.
- Strong Electrical fitting experience.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Strong problem solving / fault diagnoses skills in mechanical systems.
- Responsiveness to customer queries with a ‘can do’ attitude.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must have a valid CSCS card or Safety Passport
