We are proudly representing our engineering client with their search for a new Machinist. They are looking for the right candidate to use their manual machinery on a temporary to permanent basis.
Job Specification
The Role
- Manufacture components for various industries including oil and gas and railway
- Operating of manual mills and drills
- Operation CNC machinery
- Quality checking of work
- Use of hand tools
- Use of measuring equipment
The Person
- Experienced machinist with ability to operate on manual mills, drills and CNC machines
- Experience within a similar background
- Ability to carry out quality checks of finished work
- Past experience of using hand tools and measuring equipment
