The Role

• Provide Leadership and daily control of Maintenance Team across the site.
• Organise workload for Technicians.
• Support problem solving and fault finding.
• Lead improvement and cost reduction activities including root cause analysis with the emphasis on reducing equipment breakdowns.
• Support department hands on as and when required due to workload, holiday, absence etc.

The Person

• You must have previous maintenance supervisory experience.
• Ideally you will be time served and multiskilled.
• HNC qualified or have relevant experience.
• H&S qualification.
• Maintenance experience in a cellular manufacturing environment.
• Experience of Lean tools and methodologies ideally 3C, 5 why etc.
• PLC experience preferred.
• 17th Edition preferred.
• Permit to work knowledge & understanding.
