You will start in the business as an associate/trainee level, where the business will provide you with an excellent and highly structured training programme and the opportunity to become ceMAP qualified - which is the certificate in mortgage advice and practice. The training course and exam will be fully funded by the organisation and will provide you with a professional and industry recognised qualification. As your development progresses with the organisation you will advance to Advisor level and then Expert level. Throughout this journey you will be trained further in the ceMAP qualification - parts 2 and 3, to progress your skills and understanding of the industry and your ability to advise your customers. There are further career opportunities to progress to Team Manager, Section Manager, Trainer/Coach, where the only real limit is how far you want to develop and grow.
