Business Development Manager - Recruitment

MTrec is currently looking to recruit a highly motivated sales driven professional to join and support our recruitment teams.
We are looking for someone who has a proven track record in sales and business development, within a business to business environment and is looking to join a dynamic, vibrant and expanding business.
The main candidate requirements for the role are:
- Able to demonstrate a successful track record in sales and business development.
- A background in the recruitment industry particularly permanent recruitment would be highly advantageous.
- Highly organised, process driven, and consultative approach to sales.
- Able to deliver and develop a sales plan.
- You will be a well-rounded highly motivated polished sales professional.
You will be focusing on a number of vertical markets including manufacturing and engineering, commercial and finance and accountancy. Where you will be placed to develop our brand awareness and build and develop relationships with key decision makers within these sectors. You will also be working closely with the recruitment teams in all stages of the recruitment process.
